Full Time Role Starting at 40,000PHP per month and we want to pay you more if you are capable,
The 40,000PHP per month is based on a 40 Hour week, We will pay you for the extra hours you work on top of this. Extended hours could be required of you especially in the summer time

Requirements to do the job
Speak and write Very Good English well with little accent.
Your own fully working PC and Headset
50Mbps Fibre internet
Access to backup internet ( We will pay for)
Mobile Phone
Quiet area to work- NO BACKGROUND NOISE
Sales and customer service experience a must.
You will be required to start shifts anywhere between 7am- 6pm, depending on busy times- including Saturdays- have to be flexible, we may move onto working till 8pm Sydney time, Shifts are between are generally 8 hours, but you could be asked to work 8-12 hours long, at extra pay

Your Required Experience:
Telesales and customer service – Inbound & warm Outbound Leads for a pest control company in Sydney Australia.
Outstanding customer service focus.
Exceptional telephone manner.
Sales experience a must.
Customer service experience a must.
Closing sales.
Computer skills and Helpdesk and CRM experience
(We use freshdesk and fleetmatics, Use in these would be considered an advantage)
Be familiar with Google mail and calendars.
We are not looking for a person who answers like a robot with Yes and No answers
A positive “can- do “attitude and willingness to accept change and new challenges.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
Able to multitask.
Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
Attention to Details.
Must be a good listener, able to listen well and follow directions.
Must be able to follow procedures and constantly follow up on their tickets

Your General duties including and not limited to:
Answer inbound phone/email/ Online chat enquiries
Calling warm outbound leads from our Previous Customer Database
Chasing up email and phone enquires
Selling thru providing the best information and customer service
Closing sales
Liaising with technicians
Booking/Scheduling appointments
Entering invoices.
Other adhoc duties as required
General admin duties as well as taking calls from new customers, and contacting our previous customers to schedule them for their Annual Service. We expect and promote a high performance customer care culture.
Longer hours expected of you in our spring summer period and you will be paid extra.
Ability to learn vast amount of info in short time.
Work Sydney Time, varying 8-10 hour.
Ability to work straight thru from September to May (Busy period)
Not pressure selling. Selling thru providing the best information and customer service
Learn suburbs around Sydney, Knowledge of Sydney suburbs will be highly advantageous

I'm looking for:

Someone to roll up their sleeves and just “get stuff done.” You’ll be working closely alongside me everyday. Tasks will vary; but fall mostly under project/customer management & marketing

Primary responsibilities are:

-Create and maintain accounts for our Videos & Social Posting service
-Follow up with Client via email and my LINKEDin account
-Follow up with Client via Phone (did you get the email I sent your way, answer basic questions)
-Answer customer service emails - & phone calls.
- Help manage a pipeline of leads and accelerate sales (send email follow up, prioritize callbacks, schedule webinars, etc)
-Manage our own social media accounts

Requirements:
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Great PC Skills and tech savvy
-Someone with a “can do” attitude, and considers themselves very resourceful
-A personality fit (You will be working with me, 20 hours a week! And maybe more. )
-Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Doc skills
-Ability to work 7am-11am PST (4 hours daily)
-Someone that’s got a HUSTLE type mentality…. Not a “just doing my job”
-Great internet connection we’ll be using SKYPE with screensharing and zoom.us and useloom.com
-Adherence to daily task tracking using our project management software (we’ll also use time tracking software)
Nice to haves:

-BPO experience
-Ability to work up to 40 hours per week (near future) - Starting at 20 hours per week.
-Graphic Design skills…. Adobe Spark is so easy..anyone can create good looking stuff.
-Wordpress experience

Great position with a US based firm, this job opportunity is somewhat different than most on this site. We are in the business of selling physical products online and need someone for customer service support and placing orders.

Customer service includes being able to read and understand a customers problem and know how to solve the problem. You must have command of the English language to be able to comprehend what the problem is and be able to send an intelligent reply back. Also includes placing orders which includes making sure an item is shipped on time after a customer purchases. All of this is handled by email and messaging, no phone conversations needed.Skype is used everyday for interaction with fellow PhP employees and myself. Also, you will be taught the skills of finding attractive new products and listing them for sale.

Working From Home

Now a days, I see more and more parents that prefer working from home. Working from home doesn't mean that you are a plain housewife (or house-husband 😂) but staying at home and still working for a company whether it be in the same location as they are or from overseas.

I am one of them. I've been a home-base employee since 2014 and I don't regret choosing this. I get to see all my son's FIRST achievements and how he'd grown. I still get the same salary (even higher than what I used to get from my past office-base jobs) and rest more than I used to.
